Jabil Circuit Inc. (NYSE:JBL) announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Telmar Network Technology, Inc., a provider of complex reverse logistics, repair services, technical support, and spare parts management solutions for communication network service providers, enterprise and original equipment manufacturers worldwide.

Jabil Circuit, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provides electronic manufacturing services and solutions in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
