ATRION Corp. (Nasdaq:ATRI) announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Company's quarterly cash dividend from 42 cents per share to 49 cents per share. Specifically, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 49 cents per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock, payable on September 30, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2011.
