Garmin Ltd. (Nasdaq:GRMN) announced that it has acquired Garmin Distribution Africa (Pty) Ltd. (GDA), the distributor of Garmin's automotive, outdoor recreation, fitness and marine products in Southern Africa, and Garmap (Pty) Ltd., a South African mapping and mobile applications provider.
