Towne Bank (Nasdaq:TOWN) announced that Stanton Taylor Agency, Inc., insurance agency will affiliate with Towne Insurance Agency, a wholly owned subsidiary of TowneBank. This continues Towne Insurance's expansion into Eastern North Carolina.
