At this special meeting, the shareholders approved a proposal to amend the existing Registration Rights Agreement between the Company and its affiliated shareholders and to extend such agreement until July 18, 2017.

Given Imaging Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the development, manufacture, and marketing of diagnostic products for the visualization and detection of gastrointestinal tract disorders.
